We have an intensive deal sourcing network across listed and unlisted real estate investors, corporate and pension fund institutions, HNWI’s, investment banks and real estate agents. We undertake extensive analysis as both the property and entity level to ensure every opportunity is fully understood before and after tax, with and without debt. This includes assumptions for both likely and downside outcomes.
We carry out detailed due diligence on all matters that affect the investment, including titles, tenants, leases, buildings, zoning, environmental issues, maintenance contracts, capital expenditure programs, tax and sales contracts.
Once acquired we then undertake the property and asset management to market leading standards. This includes rent collection and capital expenditure programs through to tax returns and entity level reporting.
Having carried out the investment strategy we then look to sell the asset. We do this by first identifying the optimal time to sell and the best approach to sell. Thereafter we carry out the sale to ensure we obtain the very best possible price with the best sales conditions.
