Who Are We?

Sumner was established in 2008 to provide a highly personalised investment and advisory service for high net worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors who require a focused manager and tailored solutions. We currently manage in excess of AUD280m of Australian real estate assets on behalf of local and offshore investors.

In 2022, Sumner formalised its partnership with Avalon Park Group having worked together on a number of transactions from 2013 onwards.

The partnership will continue to demonstrate robust synergies as a marriage of global real estate expertise and deep local market knowledge.

Licensed by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (AFSL No. 466735) we apply the highest standards, attention to detail and skills to the management of each asset.
