Sumner Trilogy is an entity established by a Trilogy Entity and Sumner which will be responsible for the investment management including property management, development approval strategy and day-to-day management of both the Fund and the 3 Bridge Street Trust.
The property consists of a three storey office building, covering 2,626 sqm of net lettable area, situated on a 2,964 sqm site and offers development upside, with the opportunity to expand the gross floor area to over 10,000 sqm.
The property is 100% securely leased to tenant UGL Pty Ltd.
